BeBe Vox Concert in Thurso

The St Peter's & St Andrew's church in Thurso was bouncing on Thursday evening as around 400 primary school children plus dozens of mums and dads rocked to the amazing sound of popstar BeBe Vox.

The Caithness churches got together to bring christians BeBe & Chip Kendall up to tour the Caithness primary schools all last week. They went down a storm and the kids turned up in force for the concert. BeBe has had two singles in the UK dance charts and the concert was very professional with backing dancers, lighting set and a huge sound mixing desk. The loud music from the huge speakers plus 400 screaming kids must have shook the foundations!

The stampede for autographs lasted 45 mins and there was a huge scrum outside the front doors of the church.

I enjoyed the concert so much that I also went to BeBe's concert in Wick on Friday night, with the intention of trying to capture even better pics. The combination of constantly flashing lights and BeBe being always on the move, meant it was a challenge to get great pics. Pics from Wick to follow later.
