I stopped for a bite to eat at the Storehouse of Foulis last week (just north of the Cromarty bridge) and had an excellent home made carrot soup and a freshly cut smoked salmon sandwich. I could see why the restaurant was packed out.
The day was cold, perfectly still and slightly misty, so I ventured down to the waters edge and took a few handheld snaps with the bridge in the distance. I think the line of old trees were part of the old ferry pier.
What a fantastic reflection in no.3
