| Stewart Ross celebrates his second goal |
In the Eann MacKintosh cup final played at Halkirk today, Wick Groats beat Staxigoe Utd 2-0. Ex-Wick Academy player, Stewart Ross, played up front, scored both goals and was named man of the match. His second came in the last minute of the game.
The game was played in brilliant sunshine and the large crowd watched a pretty dour battle with not much excitement.
