| Hat trick hero Chris Sutherland |
Thurso Acks beat Halkirk 3-0 tonight at the Dammies thanks to a Chris Sutherland hat-trick. Halkirk lost a goal right on half time when Graeme Bremner broke clear and passed the ball along the edge of the box to an unmarked Chris who slotted the ball low into the corner.
Halkirk battled away in the 2nd half and hit the bar twice and Neal Clark had a superb full stretch save to stop the ball going inrto the top corner from a Derek Munro shot. However, Chris scored twice late on, to win the game.
Pentalnd Utd beat Thurso Pentland 8-2. Wick Groats beat Swifts 6-2.
