Halkirk Utd beat Invergordon 3-2 in a league match at Morrison Park today, with a last minute winner by James Maclean. Grant McNab scored with a free-kick late in the first half and Gordy MacNab scored a tap in early in the 2nd half.
The Anglers had all the play and chances and Martin Banks has a penalty saved. Invergordon promptly went up the field to score and went all out for an equaliser. They hit the bar twice and did get the equaliser with 5 mins left. However, James Maclean headed the ball in from a corner to trigger wild celebrations.
