Thurso beat Alness Utd 4-0 in the semi-final of the Football Times cup at Naver all weather park. I caught the 2nd half and Thurso were already 1-0 up due to Graham MacNab. Benn Murray scored a header, Michael Smith got the 3rd and Steven Morris headed the 4th for a comfortable win. Young Conor Cormack caused a lot of havoc down the right wing and was unlucky not to score when he hit the bar from close range.
Golspie beat Orkney 5-3 in the other semi-final.
