The Press & Journal football reporter Dave Edwards published his 2012 Highland League dream team today. Wick Academy's Alan Farquhar and Richard MacAdie both made it into the team. The other Wick players who were considered but didn't make it were;
Gary Manson, Stevie Cunningham, Sam MacKay & Davie Allan.
