Wick Academy beat Clach 1-0 in the quarterfinal of the Breedon Aggregates Highland League cup at Harmsworth Park on Saturday. Sam Mackay scored direct from a freekick mid-way through the 1st half. The game lacked any real goalmouth action, with chances few and far between.
Wick now meet Nairn County in the semi-final - in Wick on 21st March.
