Caithness Cycling Club Racing weekend
Caithness Cycling Club held its annual July Racing Weekend with 3 time trials over Sat and Sun. There were over 30 competitors from all over Scotland. I snapped the 10 mile Time Trial this morning (Sunday) which ran from the Thurso cemetery along the A9 to the Inverness junction and back. I was positioned near the junction at Hoy and used the panning technique to get a sense of speed.
It is difficult to get the camera speed to be the same as the cyclist's speed and so get the bike frame to be pin sharp.
The results are on the cycling club's website;
