Wick Groats beat Thurso Acks 4-2 in tonight's Colin MacLeod Memorial Cup match. Acks' Scott Ross opened the scoring early on, but a Sean Stewart penalty and a Graham MacNab goal, gave Wick a 2-1 lead at half-time. Groats had plenty of good chances, but it was Acks who equalised through Kuba Koziol. Grant MacNab scored late on from an acute angle and Sean Stewart scored a penalty with 2 minutes remaining.
