The Davie Cooper Memorial cup was played at Thurso's Dammies today in brilliant sunshine. Thurso Rangers FC, featuring Glasgow Rangers legends Andy Goram and Charlie Miller, beat Thurso Swifts 5-4 on penalties after the game was drawn 3-3.

Swifts were 3-1 up, but two late goals, including the equaliser by Charlie Miller, sealed their fate.

During the penalty shoot-out everyone scored until it was 4-4. Andy Goram saved the last penalty by Swifts and went wild in celebration. Andy presented the cup to the Thurso Rangers captain.
