The Beauty, Hair and Hospitality students of the North Highland College, Thurso, held their annual show on 26 March in the new Engineering and Technical Centre. The theme was internationality and 9 countries were featured - with two models for each country.
The audience of 120 were entertained by compere Willie AI MacKay. I was part of the team of photographers from Thurso Camera Club who took photos throughout the day - as the models were made up and then during the evening show. The photos will be used by the students as part of their exam portfolio.
The lighting was difficult during the catwalk show - there wasn't enough bright lights and the changing colours didn't help.
