Caithness Rugby - Sinclair Cadzow Memorial Trophy

The Sinclair Cadzow Memorial trophy was played at Millbank today between Caithness RFC and Caithness Exiles/students. Caithness RFC were losing with 5 mins left, but just won 33-24. Alastair Cadzow's wife Belinda came all the way from New Zealand to present the cup to captain Andy Morris.

Andy Knight held his stag weekend in Inverness and Thurso, with nearly 50 of his mates travelling up from Edimburgh. A Stag Party select beat the Caithness Old Boys in a match before the main game. The game was marred by a Caithness player being seriously injured and requiring an ambulance.

It was a great sunny day with a cracking BBQ and a huge fund raising raffle. Everybody is heading to the Weigh Inn tonight for a Stag Party dinner and I'm sure there will be a few sore heads tomorrow!
