The final of the Northern Times cup was played at Thurso Dammies today in brilliant sunshine. Golspie won 2-0. Orkney dominated the first half but didn't take chances. James Murray scored with a tap in after 46mins and he set up James Maclean in 47th minute. The Golspie defence held firm and their goalie Steven Campbell made a brilliant top corner save near the end to deny a consolation goal.
