Wick Academy beat Buckie Thistle 2-1 in their first home game of the new league season. Buckie looked sharp in the first half and Zander Sutherland opened the scoring from the penalty spot. Luckasz Geruzel scored a snap shot into the postage stamp corner for the equaliser not long after.
In the 2nd half, Luckasz head flicked a throw in into the path of Davie Allan who calmly slotted the ball home for the winner.
