Wick Academy beat Thurso 6-1 in a friendly at a very busy Dammies today. Sam MacKay scored twice in the first half (one was a penalty). Goals from Davie Allan (x2), Stevie Cunningham and Ross Allan made it 6-0. Tony Miller scored for Thurso late on.
Caithness beat Orkney 2-0 in Orkney to win the Archer Shield.
