I caught the first half of the Shetland vs Golspie North Caledonian cup match at the Dammies today. Golspie had a number of Caithness based players in their side including ex Wick Academy player Stewart Ross.
Shetland took the lead after 15mins when James Johnston slotted home from 12 yards. Steven Anderson equalised when a loose ball from a corner fell to him and he fired in from 10 yards. Golspie went on to win 3-2.
